Long wait. One nurse was good at keeping an eye an mum - Sarah - very good nurses fault - overworked and understaffed.

The doctor and nurses give detail on why they are giving tests and what to expect they were professional.

The waiting time was long and despite the weather being cold, the available refreshment which was water was all cold in the water dispenser.
